Along with competitive salaries, performance-based bonuses and a generous personal pension package and annual leave scheme, we also offer private healthcare, life assurance, critical illness cover, group income protection and access to an Employee Assistance Programme as standard.
Together with our core benefits, our flexible benefits scheme allows employees to flex their benefits to suit their own lifestyles. All employees as standard have access to a car parking/travel allowance and a daily food and drink spend which they can use at our onsite canteen. Either benefit can be traded in for an alternative perk – from childcare to doggy day-care to hobby allowances and travel vouchers.
Our people are at the heart of our business, so ensuring they are happy and healthy is a big priority for us. Employees have access to various wellbeing services, including a financial wellbeing provision, free access to the gym at Sixty Two, subsidised massages, a mental health support service and private healthcare. All staff members also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme, a 24/7 telephone support and assistance service designed to give employees the practical and emotional support they need for everyday life.
Our training and development programmes are tailored specifically to each employee, helping them to progress and develop in an area or direction of their choosing. We also support employees with professional qualifications, helping them to take the next step in their careers.
As a founding member of the All-In Diversity Project, our passion for people and commitment to nurturing an all-inclusive, forward-looking business and industry is founded on our long-standing investment in people with diverse backgrounds, skills, ideas, and experiences – making our culture what it is. This philosophy is championed across - for example, one in three of our Senior Leadership Team are female.
We invest significant time into implementing appropriate processes and policies that guide us in everything we do, and this includes a range of policies to support our colleagues when they encounter a change in personal circumstances. Covering everything from flexible working to the menopause, we strive to ensure our people are comfortable in their workplace environment so they can bring their best selves to work each day. We also have a modern slavery and human trafficking policy in place, which is reviewed regularly to protect both our employees and the public.
Our home
We moved into our towering headquarters, Evergreen, in September 2023. Situated in the Isle of Man, it’s within easy walking distance of Douglas Promenade and the city’s central business district.
The ultra-modern, four-storey building fosters a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with open-plan office spaces spanning all floors.
The office layout has been thoughtfully designed to enhance productivity and creativity, with strategically placed meeting rooms and break-out spaces throughout. Employees can also unwind and recharge in the lounge and kitchen area.
In line with our commitment to a greener future, Evergreen incorporates a number of eco-friendly materials across its design. The sustainable office space includes state-of-the-art LED lighting to improve energy efficiency, with recycled and repurposed materials used throughout to minimise environmental impact.
Welcome to a space where imagination knows no bounds, and great ideas become reality.
Employees also have access to additional campus facilities located at the BREEAM rated, Sixty Two, which is a short walk across the road. Sixty Two features a fully equipped gym, treatment room, social area, canteen, coffee shop, library and roof garden, not to mention 16 meeting rooms and even a periscope.
